Argentium Care, a non-profit organization, provides non-medical, in-home care services for adults in need of short-term or long-term care. The decision to hire a caregiver is a difficult one for everyone involved, often associated with the loss of independence.
Argentium is a small player in the fastest-growing franchise industry in the US. Although they’ve served Chicago’s north shore community for over 40 years, competitors were threatening Argentium’s existence with their barrage of TV commercials, highly visible branded fleets and substantial sales forces. However, they all presented the same market message, with the same images, surrendering to every expected stereotype.
Finding unique messages and a brand position that would separate Argentium from the crowd, and resonate with their audience, was critical to their continued success. We crafted a colorful brand that built on positive messages of respect and encouragement. Visual and verbal cues positioned Argentium caregivers as an advantage, enabling their clients to continue living the life they’ve created.
